Recovery of compensation from the music label

Client: a photographer, whose work (photo) was used by a music label entertainer as a cover for his single.

Purpose: to restore the photo copyright and get compensation for the use of intellectual property.

1. Our experts appealed to the court to protect the rights of the photographer.
2. They proved the authorship of the image and the fact of illegal use of the photo.
3. The court ordered the music label to remove the illegally posted photo from all content on the Internet, as well as recovered compensation for it’s illegal use.
